Podcasts
When web 2.0 technology is being used in the classroom, the students are aware that their work will be used by other students. Others will be able to see their data and conclusions and they are frequently part of video and digital photos that will be used for podcasts or voicethreads.

Our First Class Wiki Page
This page was created in a one computer classroom. I did not have a way to project it but the students could view it from any computer with Internet. Each lesson, I would choose a student to be our "scribe" and they would add their own style to the way they documented the class activities. http://team8blue.wikispaces.com/Physics+Unit
Voice Thread - Reviewing a Lab Demonstration
Pageflakes - Energy Research Project
Here is a link to our Energy Project. The research is organized on a Page Flakes "Pagecast" that has a message board, bookmarks flake, and an anything flake to post the assignment.
Wikis - Differentiating the Curriculum
If a student is able to read the chapter and get an A on a pre-test, I allow them to work independently on a project of their choice. Last year a group of students (in 2 different class periods) combined their efforts and created their own wiki to display their work. They called their wiki, "Team 8 Blue Saves the World." I could never have envisioned this project, it was their own idea. My job was to give them the tools they needed and then get out of their way!
